Ceramic Graphene Coating

    About

    A super hydrophobic Graphene Ceramic Coating with an extremely high concentration of Graphene, which creates a super hard layer of protection on any painted surface. If you are looking to harden your soft water-based modern paint and protect it long-term against the harsh elements, you may want to consider our Graphene Ceramic Coating.

    Directions -Please read carefully
    1. Make sure you are working indoors. Recommended temperatures when applying ceramic coatings is 60F-80F 
    2. Wipe down panels with Surface Prep Spray
    3. Apply 8-15 drops on the suede applicator (included) in order to prime it. This is a quick wipe on/wipe off coating with immediate flashing time (no wait time), so you want to focus on applying on a 2'x2' area at a time.
    4. Apply with parallel strokes overlapping 50% and make sure you are getting a nice even coverage.
    5. Immediately start leveling the coating with your Ceramic Leveling numbered towels (3 included). You want to remove about 90% of the coating with the leveling towels. Follow up with the thicker 600 gsm towels (2 x included) to wipe off to a brilliant shine BEFORE moving on to your next 2'x2' spot.
    6. Make sure that you double check your work from every angle and that you are under good lighting and not leave behind any "high spots". 

    Do not wash the vehicle for 72 hours.

    Other notes:

    1. Make sure vehicle is clayed and paint-corrected (if needed) with silicone-free / body shop safe polish.
    2. Applicator and towels included may vary in color and/or size.

    Shipping Method

    Most orders placed are shipped by the next business day or within 1-2 business days from the date the order was placed.

    Most orders are shipped using USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, and FedEx Ground. In some cases, the shipping method chosen at checkout may not apply to the items being shipped. In those cases, we will choose the correct shipping method to ship with.

    Some orders are shipped directly from the manufacturer and may be delayed in their shipping process.

    Standard Shipping & Handling

    Express, oversized, and freight charges are excluded from "FREE SHIPPING," and prices are calculated at checkout.

    Some shipping quotes calculated at checkout are not accurate and may need to be re-calculated. This can occur on oversized items, orders shipped outside the 48 contiguous states, or orders shipped to APO/FPO addresses. In the event any additional shipping charges are needed for shipment, we will contact you, and your order will be held pending your approval of any changes.

    Transit Times

    Transit times differ based on the carrier and service provided. Most carrier transit days are business days, which exclude weekends and holidays.

    Returns, Exchanges & Money Back Guarantee

    Returns

    Items must be returned within 15 days in new, unused condition and in original packaging. The item must not be damaged in any way.  

    To return an item, email us at info@socalwaxshop.com with your reason for the return, and we will send you instructions for the return. Please include all contact information, including name, address, phone number, and invoice number. This will ensure a quicker return process. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.  

    The cost of the returned items, minus shipping charges, will be promptly credited via the payment method used once we receive the items in their original condition. If a credit card was used for purchasing, we will request the credit card information for the refund, as we do not keep credit card information on file. Please do not email us your credit card information. Note that it may take 5-7 days for your bank to process the credit. 

    SoCal Wax Shop will cover return shipping costs if the return is due to a manufacturing defect. We will provide you with a pre-paid USPS or FedEx label to return the items in this situation.

    Items returned for reasons other than manufacturer defect will not be provided with a pre-paid return label, nor will a refund be made for outbound shipping charges.  Examples of these returns include reasons such as "changed my mind," "did not like the product" or "ordered the incorrect product."

    Returns for items received as part of a "free shipping" offer will be credited for the amount of the returned items minus actual outbound shipping charges paid by SoCal Wax Shop.

    When packaging your items for return shipping, include a copy of the original invoice in the package.  We strongly advise packing all items with sufficient padding. Note that we are not responsible for products being returned to us that are damaged mid-shipment.

    Exchanges

    To exchange an item, send an email request to info@socalwaxshop.com with your reason for the exchange and we will send you instructions for the exchange. Please include all contact information, including name, address, phone number and invoice number. This will ensure a quicker exchange process. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
